These are the main privileges:

1. You can use Confideal services commission-free (you don't have to pay 1% of the contract price for using Confideal interface)
2. You can influence arbitrators' rating by voting with CDL tokens.
3. You can convert your CDL tokens into ERC-20 tokens from our commission pool with 33,33% discount (for example, if the exchange rate of CDL-BAT is 1:10, you can exchange your 1 CDL for 15 BAT)
4. When Confideal ecosystem and API are integrated and massively adopted, the demand for CDL will grow, given the limited supply, thus increasing the CDL price.
5. We are also considering implementing special services for smart contract customization, for which CDL tokens will be accepted as the only means of payment

Costs become significantly lower if using cryptocurrencies - less than 1 USD respectively. In adition, the absence of an intermediary, such as a bank, makes the counterparties free from unnecessary oversight procedures and removes the possibility of a payment cancellation due to an external decision.

Unfortunately, you can't pay with Bitcoin. Our product is working on smart contracts when you are making payments with ETH, 1% fee is applicable, 1% fee is not applicable to CDL payments, which means that the contractual service is free for CDL users.

When the crowdsale finished there will be no release of new tokens.

We will add a lot of new features in the future and our product become fully used escrow platform all over the world. Here is only few of them:1)API & Widget - companies will be able to use our service by hosting it on their websites; 2)Document Repository - a place where users can store the files attached to their contract - photos, scanned copies, text files (and any files that legally supplement the contract); 3)IoT Solutions for Smart Contracts with Hardware - interconnected oracles updating the contract with incoming information from external sensors (GPS data, meteo data, electronic locks);4) Expansion to other blockchain platforms, that support smart contracts (Ethereum Classic, Qtum, EOS, Tezos) and this is not the full list what we are planning to implement in future!
