Do you plan to add to the service any other blockchains that use smart contracts after the launch of the platform?

In future, we are planning to implement other blockchain platforms, that support smart contracts (Ethereum Classic, Qtum, EOS, Tezos...)

Does the contractor make an arbitration deposit when signing a smart contract? Can the second party receive this deposit as a penalty in case of non-fulfillment of conditions?

Are there any bonuses for the most active participants of ICO who invest large sums?

Of course, for large investors, we give additional bonuses but better to talk in PM!

If the value of the crypto currency used in the smart contract is reduced during the transaction, will it be necessary to inject additional funds from one of the parties to compensate for the losses of the other party?

No, our smart contact is working in ETH, not in USD that means the value will not change due to a rate of exchange! The smart contract does not even allow to add additional fund.

Are there any restrictions on the maximum term for executing a smart contract? For example, will the parties be able to conclude it for 5-10 years?

There are no restrictions, you can conclude a contract for 1000 years if you want!

Hello! Are the citizens of the United States and North Korea able to purchase the tokens of your project or are there restrictions on these countries?

Hey, legally, the company restricts the token sale to citizens of individual countries, including the US, as it does not go through KYC of users at the time of crowdsale and does not do the proof of residence at the same time. But according to the documents, it reserves the right to go through KYC after collecting funds if individual transactions fall under the criteria of suspicious transactions defined by international agreements on money-laundering. Such an approach does not exclude the possibility of the token sale by the citizens of these countries through the use of VPN but allows the issuing company to remain in the legal field without violating the laws of these countries.

Nice idea but do I feel the space is indeed in need of this type of services now, my answer is NO, I will be watching the performance of the ICO, if its become successful then that means I'm wrong but I have a feeling the team will struggle to raise capital in the current space

Does the contractor make an arbitration deposit when signing a smart contract? Can the second party receive this deposit as a penalty in case of non-fulfillment of conditions?

No, clients have recourse to arbitration only when their rights had been violated. Arbitration fee is 10% of contract amount!

Will the list of countries whose citizens are not allowed to participate in the ICO expand in the course of the sale?

Depends on regulation in that countries, legally, the company restricts the token sale to citizens of individual countries, including the US, as it does not go through KYC of users at the time of token sale and does not do the proof of residence at the same time. But according to the documents, it reserves the right to go through KYC after collecting funds if individual transactions fall under the criteria of suspicious transactions defined by international agreements on money-laundering.

What functions do you need to add in order to make Confideal be considered as a full-fledged platform to support transactions?

Despite the fact we have already developed a functioning service for making smart contracts, Confideal necessary to develop the ecosystem, add new functions and conduct marketing activities in order to raise awareness about the service. These features we are planning to integrate in future: 1)API & Widget - companies will be able to use our service by hosting it on their websites; 2)Document Repository - a place where users can store the files attached to their contract - photos, scanned copies, text files (and any files that legally supplement the contract);3)Language Support: Chinese, Russian, German, French, Spanish; 4)IoT Solutions for Smart Contracts with Hardware - interconnected oracles updating the contract with incoming information from external sensors (GPS data, meteo data, electronic locks);5) Expansion to other blockchain platforms, that support smart contracts (Ethereum Classic, Qtum, EOS, Tezos) and this is not the full list what we are planning to implement in future! 6)New contract management options: Status ( https://status.im ) - mobile version of the Ethereum client. Users will be able to manage contracts via their smartphones Parity ( https://parity.io/ ) - Ethereum browser for interacting with Ethereum applications;

How do you plan to realize the possibility of renting hotel rooms through smart contracts while maintaining the confidentiality of tenants?

Hotels, motels, hostels can install so-called smart locks on the doors of their rooms. These are electronic locks which have an internet connection, which allows the owner to conduct the entire process of checking in remotely - from guests paying for the reservation to them receiving the electronic key to checking out. In this scenario, Confideal can be used to hold a deposit during the guests’ stay, which will be returned to them after they check out and the owner ensures that the room has been left intact.

Is it possible that a large token holder will try to "promote" an unfair arbitrator to resolve the dispute in his favor?

Can you only use the services of the Confideal arbitrators or are there any other options that can help to resolve disputes between the parties sharing a smart contract?
