Is a contractor obliged to make an arbitration deposit when it comes to concluding of a smart contract for the provision of services? Will it be returned to the balance after the successful completion of the transaction?

I've just invested 1 ETH into Confideal, 25% bonus got me 1,257 CDL back.
Also invested 1 ETH into Genesis Vision, my first two ICO's I have invested in.
Spreading rest of my funds between BTC, ETH, LTC & XRP. Going to chuck some more in BTC before the segwit2x fork,

Hello, can the state policy of the countries in which the companies are located somehow influence the transaction which is made under a smart contract in Confideal?
Hi, the main criteria - in which region company conducts its business. If country committed liberal conditions to cryptocurrency - it won't be a problem. If yes - there may be problems. In what way are you going to solve these problems? Don't to work in contries with unliberal conditions? How does your arbitrage works if there will be the boarder cases? |

You should read the concept of this project carefully. On the Confideal site it says 'CDL token holders are able to buy ERC-20 tokens collected by Confideal from 1% fees with a 33,3% discount' Does this mean you cant swap other tokens for CDL, but once you have bought CDL - via BTC, ETH, LTC or whatever future methods they allow to recieve, you can than swap the CDL for other ERC-20 tokens? Am i way off the mark here? |
