I made a transaction from my blockchain wallet to a bitcoin exchange about an hour ago. The transaction still hasn't received any confirmations, and the network propagation is at "0% poor". Should I be worried?

The reason for the delay of that transaction is it is dependant on an unconfirmed transaction ( https://blockchain.info/tx-index/75365410/0) which doesn't include sufficient fees (Likely constructed with the blockchain iphone app). Once that transaction confirms the other one will do as well. |

I thought transactions with outputs less than 0.01 btc are always required to pay a fee?

That depends on the wallet you use. Some wallets choose not to enforce that restriction. |

anywhere from instantly to never. In your case, with unconfirmed inputs and low priority, I'm guessing 1 day after your inputs confirm. |

anywhere from instantly to never. In your case, with unconfirmed inputs and low priority, I'm guessing 1 day after your inputs confirm. I would guess 2 to 3 days after your inputs confirm. |

Now my transaction disappeared, and my bitcoins didn't reach my destination address. Is there any remedy, or am I pretty much SOL? |
