I made a transaction from my blockchain wallet to a bitcoin exchange about an hour ago. The transaction still hasn't received any confirmations, and the network propagation is at "0% poor". Should I be worried?

Looks like blockchain.info has an issue. You're the second one who reports an issue with a transaction. Have a look here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=220114.new;topicseen#new

I am selling in stock OneStringMiner boards, based on the Bitfury chips. Have a look here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=495536.0

The reason for the delay of that transaction is it is dependant on an unconfirmed transaction (https://blockchain.info/tx-index/75365410/0) which doesn't include sufficient fees (Likely constructed with the blockchain iphone app). Once that transaction confirms the other one will do as well.

Fees: 0 BTC

That's the problem, you have to wait until this transaction reaches at least 1 confirmation.

How long does it usually take a transaction with no fees to confirm?

I thought transactions with outputs less than 0.01 btc are always required to pay a fee?

That depends on the wallet you use.  Some wallets choose not to enforce that restriction.

anywhere from instantly to never. In your case, with unconfirmed inputs and low priority, I'm guessing 1 day after your inputs confirm.

It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue.

I would guess 2 to 3 days after your inputs confirm.

Now my transaction disappeared, and my bitcoins didn't reach my destination address. Is there any remedy, or am I pretty much SOL?  Undecided

The coins will be "returned" to your wallet so can resend the transaction again with a fee.
