Greetings and Salutations to the Vulcano Community!

It is with great pleasure and anticipation that we would like to announce plans for the future of Vulcano! We are honored to be able to put forth plans for one of the most overlooked projects in the cryptosphere. A lot of consideration and consultation has led us to these results that we believe is in the best interests of Vulcano as a whole.

For almost a year, the Vulcano blockchain has screamed along, creating tokens at an alarming rate. As discussed before, if this problem is not solved the chain will die by the end of September.
This is why the new Vulcano team has risen from the ashes of a project which was destined to burn itself out, and relit the fires of progress in the heart of the mountain. We are delighted to present the new Vulcano Whitepaper for your consideration, and to announce the Coin Upgrade of Vulcano for the new and improved Vulcano chain!  Details of the exact date of the Coin Upgrade is dependent on Coin Exchange's code review, but is expected to be within 45 days.

While you can read the entire whitepaper for specifics, the TLDR version can be summed up as:

Coins from the wallet must be transferred to the crypto exchange for a swap until August 21. And how long does it take to keep these coins on Coinexchange.io? Can I return the coins to a new wallet 2.0 on the same day? Or coins should be on this crypto exchange until August 22.

Coinex posted that:
VulcanoCoin will be conducting a 100:1 swap on the 22nd of August. Please deposit or withdraw your VULCANO before this date. All VulcanoCoin held in your CoinExchange account at this point will automatically be swapped.

It means, coins had to be transferred to coinex before the 22nd of August. So, we could transfer on 21nd of August and get the coins back on 23nd of August

$18,000 level was an artificial pump to manipulate the market.  This cryptocurrency economy is still healthy for people who have the skills to mine, stake and trade.  Lot's of new technological ideas to study.  The canvas of the currency compared to fiat is ever changing but always retains value.
