i think in twitter doesn´t matter because at the end the goal it´s that your followers or at least most of them are from your same language, but when you post in BCT you must post in the language according to the topic.

It's not an answer. The point was to know what parameters make the price of subscription payment and what range it will be (min-max, approximately)?

The reason is that people create a ton of fake accounts and destroy the quality of the bounty campaigns. You'd prefer highly reputed community members to spread the word for you instead of a ton of newbie accounts with no reputation whatsoever.
