Studying the information, I learned that the account holder does not have to inform in advance any of the heirs about the service. How then does the heir know that he is such?

I do not understand what it means "when it is needed". On what indicators will the DigiPulse system decide on the message to the heirs?

If at the established time a person does not confirm that he is alive (or simply does not enter his account, for example),
then the smart contract is executed and the notification is sent to the heirs.

How does DigiPulse establish this time for confirmation and what time limit is not permissible?

This time is determined by the customer. In general, as I understand, all the nuances can be written into a smart contract.

Good afternoon, developers. There's a bounty question. What will happen to the tokens of the participants of the first company who did not participate in the second company? Will they be redistributed among the bounty hunters?

Those tokens will not be distributed. For those who participated in the first campaign it is also a requirement to participate in the second campaign. If they don't, then the bounty forfeits.

He did the right thing Cool Now there is a lot of scam among the ICO, but Digipulse has gained confidence and is actively developing.

These are probably people or whales stockpiling a huge stash of bitcoin/eth so they really need this service or it will simply burn in the blockchain. Good to see continued interest!

Whales are watching DigiPulse and buy large amounts. They will support DigiPulse.

Where did the 60 ETH come from? Over the past ten hours, 51.5 ETH have been invested.
Three payments of 0.5 ETH were made by one of the members of the bounty to get a stakes
and 50 ETH  was invested by some generous guy.

50 ETH is a lot of money. They know what they do because DigiPulse is a promising project.
