Hello,

I send 1ETH from myetherwallet to my Liqui exchange deposit address. The transaction was succesfull but the 1 ETH never showed up into my balances at Liqui.

I created a support ticket and this is their answer:

- "To get these coins you should send 0.1ETH directly - without using contract.
Don't forget about fee to the network."

Does anyone know what they mean?

How can i get my 1ETH back?

Kind regards

Does your tansaction go through network? If you see your transaction on network,be sure you are fine from your end and your deposits may take upto 58 hours to be displayed  in wallet.
According reply, their system does not show up the amount lower tha 0.1ETH.
Although your transaction is bigger than the minimum amount, it would help them to sort out issue if you can send over the transaction id to their support.

I don't understand why they said that you should send 0.1ETH if you sent 1ETH.
Can you show us transaction ID?
Try to ask them in their topic here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1557900.0

There is nothing wrong from what I can see. You sent ETH. It confirmed. So you are all good. If you want to withdraw, simply go to withdraw, put in your wallet address and entire Liqui balance. Then withdraw. You will get your ETH back minus transaction fee.

If you still don't see it reflected in your account balance, contact support.

What the warning means is don't send less than 0.1 ETH and don't use a smart contract. Just use a normal send. Did you use a normal spend and from what wallet?

Something is obviously wrong.

You probably missed part of OP where he said he didn't receive ETH in his account, so how can he withdraw it?
If you still don't see it reflected in your account balance, contact support.
Which OP did  Roll Eyes
What the warning means is don't send less than 0.1 ETH and don't use a smart contract. Just use a normal send. Did you use a normal spend and from what wallet?
Answer from support doesn't make any sense to me either.

leave your eth balance minimum usually 0.1 ETH for transaction costs and also you should pay attention to the minimum gass limit specified, usually it is also influential.
