I doubt very much that the company will be able to sell the marketplace for $304 000 000 in 2020. These are just some crazy figures that are not backed by any facts or calculations. I think the cost will be much lower, and the tokens will be sold at a much lower price during the final redemption due to that fact.
Why do you think so? All the calculations are in the description of the project. You can look at them and make sure that the figures are real. Moreover, the amount of the sale can be even more than the one stated by the company now!

Where can I find these calculations?
All of them are in the official White Paper of Hamster. See the page 36 of the document.

I’ve just looked at the calculations and I don’t really understand how $ 50,000 will be paid by the companies that will only start working on this marketplace in 2020.

It was repeated many times that there will be special terms for such producers, which will allow them to participate in the buyback of the marketplace.

I don’t understand why you should conduct the ICO-2020. Nobody will benefit from him. There will be the chaos in the management of the site ‘cause it will be managed by a huge number of vendors, and a single currency that can be used to pay for purchases on the platform will disappear.

There won’t be any chaos ‘cause the company will develop a blockchain mechanism for self-management of the marketplace. Moreover, the sale of the marketplace will free it from the financial burden imposed by the responsibility for the buy-back of HMT tokens.

It's hard to tell something about it yet ‘cause there’s not much information on it. It’s known only that it will be based on the voting system. We can suppose that it will ensure the objectivity of all decisions made related to the development of the platform.

Well, does it make any sense to redeem all the tokens? You’d better let them be in circulation, people would use them.

The final buy-back will ensure a strategy to exit ownership of an asset such as HMT for all the token holders. All investors will benefit.

But why not leave them? Investors would own the HMT coins, the rate would grow and they would continue to make profit, right?

Why do you think that the withdrawal of all HMT tokens from the circulation will give the marketplace a boost, and if they remain there, it will negatively affect the development of the platform?

Yes. This will be a part of the KYC procedure which is mandatory for each investor.

It seems to me that Hamster just offers manufacturers to create their own online store, and then will also charge a commission from each sale. There are a lot of services where you can create a free trading platform yourself and sell your goods. I'd rather make a choice in favor of free services.
