This is well beyond the realm of my knowledge but somebody I know has a bunch of hardware sitting around, including:

He wants to know if these are of any value for mining anything (bitcoin/litecoin/whatevercoin).

Unfortunately google didn't turn up anything on these cards so I'm guessing they aren't that useful.

But one never knows...

those are video capture their processing power is very limited and their drivers aren't designed for GPGPU, if you wanted to spend months writing your own driver you might be able to mine something eventually

Appears to have a Xilinx fpga... a close up shot of the central chip?
FPGA/ASIC only: Raspberry pi packages for cgminer | Ubuntu PPA for mining related software
