Q4 has not yet started so what are you talking about? INS Team is updating this thread every now and then with updates regarding the project partnerships and monthly progress. I think what they need to do not necessarily but it can gain holders is to think of a way to at least bring it back to its ico price.

We are moving to the implementation of the project according to the roadmap. To launch the project we need to have a finished working platform, as u undertand it's not the matter of 2 days, to create  a blockchain platform that will work as a clock mechanism. Hello, mate. It is planned to launch INS testnet in Q4 2018. The mainnet goes live in 2019. According to the INS timetable after the launch of the first mainnet the INS team plans  to continue expanding the project worldwide.

The total token supply is 50,000,000 INS. Unfortunately,there is no bounty program.
