Wanna know this as well. Are there any further requirements to participate? If you read the FP, not any further requirements. - Addresses with more than or equal to 0.1 eth will receive a proportional amount of XNN tokens the following week |

The way it works (or so they seem) is that they will just get wallet info from the network and check that, no need to send addresses around.
Also I thought the social bounties are still not active ....
