I haven't received mine either. I'm pretty sure it'll come. If you look at the airdrop tracker https://etherscan.io/token/0xab95e915c123fded5bdfb6325e35ef5515f1ea69, distributing around 495/496 per address, roughly those with 4 or just over 4ETH in their wallet at the time. 750K addresses, only at 200K+. It's happening but its a long long process. I wouldn't worry too much, just that those of us with the least amount of ETH in our wallets will get ours last. lol |

Lol, it is for wider distribution. Cryptos and tokens will only have utility if people use it. The more people who use it the more valuable it would be. Imagined all the Bitcoins being owned by only 2 or 3 people, do you think it will have same value as it have now? |

You do NOT need to Apply. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/massively-distributed-eos-derived-blockchain-234600243.html-- 30 percent of Xenon tokens will be distributed to ethereum addresses containing more than or equal to 0.1 ether in early October.
-- 20 percent of Xenon tokens will be distributed to bitcoin holders based on proof-of-holdings in November.
-- A further 20 percent of Xenon tokens will be distributed using proof-of-individuality mechanisms to encourage widespread circulation of the tokens.

This project seems interesting, there has been effort put in to the concept.
It can only think managing the air drop would be hard to manage.
