Listing on exchanges has nothing to do with Bitcointalk. It has a lot to do with upfront payments for listing, with technical integration and testing of the servers and data stability as well keeping the market up to avoid delisting. Having said that, we had to keep the price down in order to ramp up the trading volume and make the market for the coin. The price jump is designed into the schedule.
