Stocks.exchange has been having issues with delayed deposits (over one day wait time), then with email notifications (sending 1000 emails a day to members). I complained as a result the easiest way they could solve the problem was removing the functionality. Having said that, we are working with the community to start our own exchange. We are testing few platforms now. Follow our telegram and Bitcoin talk forum for future announcements about the start of a new exchange.
