It's quiet hard to answer your question in couple of words..
First of all yes, it is true. Creating of Buyback Fund is the same strategic task as the others from our Whitepaper.
This is necessary to maintain liquidity, which is very important for investors. We understand this and therefore we spend a lot of time on this issue.

The price should not be lower than the price of ICO. This is our plan.
