I think you guys are posting information in September and I wonder if your project is over. If you still continue, what is the progress of the step?

At the moment, the work on the main stage of ICO, which starts on January 15, is in full swing.
In parallel, we are developing LevelNet utility.
However, in order to attract key specialists, we need funds. In the case of successful ICO we plan to release a beta version of the program at the end of the third quarter.
Next, we will finalize the main product and develop a version of the utility for mobile devices.

If I am correct you started your pre-sale early November or December and you are delaying/extending your main ICO. how will the early investors react to this matter? I know some ICO's that has been extending but I think it is not good for the investor because you need to follow your roadmap to be able to gain more trust from investors and other potential investors.

Yes, there was a private presale. However, early investors are currently at winning position, because BTC rate now is lower than is was at that moment.

Also I'm agree with you about that we need follow Roadmap, but for now only one thing going not according the plan - it is Public Presale and main ICO.
Public Presale will start in a few weeks, even days, we'll announce it very soon.
Delays in launching the main ICO stage are related to changes in the US legislative framework.
In January, during the preparation and introduction of legal changes, we also decided to make another changes (including new marketing strategy, website etc). This was done in order to make our ICO more attractive for potential investors and more successful in general.
We hope that all of you will like coming news and upcoming changes.
