HitBTC is our first official exchange. On the high withdrawal fee of CRPT from HitBTC. We cannot influence it. These conditions are determined by HitBTC and correspond to their general policy, other currencies also have high fees for withdrawal (especially the new ones). But it should be noted that this fee does not depend on the amount of withdrawal, and the cost of exchange transactions for HitBTC is one of the lowest on the market. This makes it attractive for traders with large turnover. For someone to purchase a small number of tokens, it would be more profitable to wait for the token to appear on other exchanges.
I think HitBTC is just a small exchange and has no influence on their project. Personally, I believe the CRPT is in the process of collaborating on more exchanges so that it can bring the CRPT to larger exchanges. It's been 4 months and there is not a big exchange listed and I'll wait patiently until they have a really good exchange in the future.

You are right with that buddy, hitbtc is not a good exchange if we are talking of long term. As we continue we will see more development from the team so we have to prepare for that and only big exchanges can commensurate the effort the team will show, more people will buy and that is good for us all.

The past couple of days has been stressful for the owners of some of the ethereum-based ERC-20 tokens. Their smart contracts turned out to have a bug that allowed attackers to create an unlimited amount of tokens. Having learned about this vulnerability, OKEx, Poloniex, Changelly, Quoine, HitBTC and other exchanges have suspended ERC-20 token deposits and withdrawals while reviewing all smart contracts for exposure to the reported batchOverflow bug. The good news is that CRPT tokens are devoid of such problems. Let’s see why https://medium.com/@crypterium/three-reasons-why-crpt-is-safer-than-at-least-a-dozen-erc-20-tokens-9de89e32aeca

HitBTC is pretty much one or the only exchanges that has such a high trade minimum.

if I buy 100 crpt on hitbtc they will charge me nearly half of that to withdraw it to my wallet.
That's normal, hitbtc and Binance charge us a big withdraw in tokens, I think it's Bittrex who does not charge that high. I suggest you buy as much as you can so you will not feel that you are paying a high fee because the withdrawal fee is fixed regardless of the amount you withdraw. yea hitbtc charge 46 crpt token for withdraw.. is insane.. we will have new exchange soon.. price is still low.. good time to buy more I can't understand why Crypterium team doesn't negotiate about this marjor issues with HitBTC, you cannot trade amounts not devidable by 100, and withdraw fee is 46 CRPT that's gonna be $50 soon. On top of that HitBTC blocked USDT withdrawals for several months already. That's a total rip off ! Hi there. Crypterium has no control over HitBTC or their rates. More exchanges will be announced soon, so stay tuned!

Hello, is the crypterium app attached to my google play account or my e-mail? Im just worried what to do if i lose my phone
Both, but let me explain. Google Play knows that you have downloaded the application, but is not capable of receiving your personal information you have within the application. Your email account is used to create your application use profile within Crypterium. I hope this clarifies.

Where did you try to buy CRPT ? Maybe you should try Idex, I think you can buy 150 or less. Don't use hitbtc the withdrawal fee is very high.
