I can say that it is 50-50. There are so many good things that technology change our lives like, we can make things much more easier with our modern technology, we can communicate even you are far away with your family and etc. But there are bad things happening like, someone uses technology to fool or to scam people, online bullying etc.

I have been a victim of cyberbullying as well. This is one of the negative effects of internet in our society. People are into social media and hiding themselves in anonymity through fake accounts. They give bashful comments, slandering others and spreading false news.
