I am also new in this trading and i don't have a lot of experience to share about trading. I recently invest in BTC and i find it profitable due to the recent price changes. I will try to invest in more altcoins soon when i have my money with me to invest because i find it also profitable just like btc.

High risk high reward. You can be up 2-10x in a month or be homeless in a month. If you do decide to do altcoin trading, definitely learn more about charts and read a lot of whitepapers.

For all of your die-hard Altcoin traders out there, share some input on your experiences or strategies you may have implemented/utilized to find success. I myself have had my fair share of dumb luck (knock on wood) but i'm interested to hear what some of you legends have to say.
Trading bitcoin against altcoins is a very profitable venture as long as you are willing to be patient and adopt some useful strategy. I'm not a legend on trading Altcoins, I may not be a professional bitcoin trader but the little i have learnt through self study and practical experimentation is really helping in my crypto trading and has helped me to become very experienced. Some common strategy that are of help to make profit include, a) Buy cheap and sell high, b) sell cheap and buy cheaper. That is it.

What you said is so true that with out analyzing about the coin trading on them is risky, first know about what is the coin projects and how is it running and whether the developer is active and responsive. The check the community support. on that basis if you trade then loss chances are very less.

Here everything just a matter of experience and luck because here luck can make your rich perosn in minutes and your experience can help you to make you rich in days easily . Here is myself made much profit in the altcoins trading , In the starting i was not able to make earnings Because of lack of experience . But when I made analysis about the coins then i found 5-6 coins which were fluctuating in a particular price range , so I started made investment and started to make profit day by day easily , and after getting better success I spread my business only in the bitcoin+ altcoins trading Because I have only profit in trading . Here my main main coins that I made profit are blry coin , trump coin , posw coin , Digibyte coin , HTC coin , Stratis coin , 1337 coin , atc coin .

There are so many ALT coins, most of them will die soon, due to lack of trading interest however new ALT coins will come. You must see the past performance and IDEA before investing in any ALT coins, otherwise its just like a bad ICO

It's profitable, but like any other things in life it takes time and work to know if the altcoin project will we worth something in the future, knowing the project fundamentals is a must
As a matter of fact, it depends on the skills of the trader. Trading is a risky profession but if someone moves the pieces well in the chess, he will definitely not face any loss. Trading altcoin has given profits to all those who do this job with knowledge and patience. One more thing, not all the altcoins can be trusted so biter go for the famous ones who have been existed for long now.

They are indeed very, very profitable. It's risy at the same time so if to be safe I look at the volumes of an altcoin and if it has a low volume, I exit very quickly like I'm doing short-term trading because low volumes coins always getting delisted by exchanges due to lack of interest of buyers.

i think, altcoins trading is very profitable than forex trading, because it only needs a bit analysis to get profit
Altcoin market is heavily manipulated by the pump and dump groups giving undeserving coins a value and keeping the coins with potential in the dark.Makes me sick.Bunch of illiterate traders who go against the technology just to make some money. They are indeed very, very profitable. It's risy at the same time so if to be safe I look at the volumes of an altcoin and if it has a low volume, I exit very quickly like I'm doing short-term trading because low volumes coins always getting delisted by exchanges due to lack of interest of buyers.
And what if the coin has actual potential ?

it can be pretty profitable but you have to be careful. Reading the whitepaper and getting to know if the idea behind an altcoin is good are essential. Anotherpoint is to figure out in what marketphase we are. At the moment btc is driven by the upcoming forks..Last but not least you should know something about technical analysis. How to read a chart, how use indicators and oscilators is important if you want to find the rigth entrypoint..

Yes altcoin trading is profitable.but you have to need more knowledge about that altcoin which you have to buy or sell. And you need also more knowledge and skills for the trading and sometimes altcoins trading is risky so it's depend you that which altcoins you have to trade.I suggest you to LTC And HTC coins for the trading.because I also got profit from trading these coins.

Yes it is profitable, I've been doing it for quite a while and it gives me much profit than signature campaigns. I trade those coins that I get on a bounty rewards and it is really amazing and satisfying. Or maybe I am just a lucky guy who always joined in a great signature campaign where their coins gained a lot of income. For me it is so muh profitable that is why I always join in a bounty campaign rather than weekly, even if I waited long enough, I can always get a lot of money.

Yes altcoin trading is profitable. But it depends on the trader how to get bigger profit. But still even little amount its still profitable. Some altcoin traders hold their altcoin hoping for it to increase.

True! I've traded alternative coins for 3 days and gave me a good profit though I also lose in some coins but still over all I am on profit. So yes trading altcoins is very profitable you just have to look and chose the right coin to trade.

I think alts too have bigger potential to grow in the future but with good support from people or devs has always plans for their coin to grow. Maybe they just need some time before our invesment in alt coin will gain high. It might not reach the price of bitcoin but i think several alts will go high too.

I am not a die-hard altcoin trader but I can say that altcoin trading is profitable as long as you know what you are doing. If you choose a coin that has a viable project and active developers then this coin would have a greater value in the future because traders are more focus on news and if the coin has always news then it would always get the attention of traders and investors and more people would invest in the project. There are many sh*tcoins as well but you can still profit from it because these are the coins that pump and dump groups target and if you will know that the coin is in its previous support and not that much movement then there is a possibility that it will be pump again sooner or later.

Altcoin is a digital currency that is quite difficult to predict. Because usually altcoin that has not been too popular is very much. So sometimes the increase and decrease in altcoin prices is strongly influenced by investors and how the steps taken by the developer coin. So you need to do a fairly long analysis and always see the infirmation of how the decision will affect the coin in the future. This is an option because sometimes altcoin dies and disappears very quickly, take decisions quickly and you can choose to sell when the profit range is earned.
