I asked the team about the further development of the project, and this is what they said to me:
"Hello! We are grateful for your support since the very beginning of the project! In the 2nd quarter 2019 Boosteroid is launched in a part of Europe and shortly after that will be available in most of the European countries. By 2021-2022 the team plans to make Boosteroid available wherever there's the Intetnet!
Currently the team is purchasing and instlling a dozens of servers supplied by our partner Asus, that will ensure successful initial launch. Then there are thousands more to come, to maintain quick scaling throughout Europe and beyond!"
Well, if everything goes according to the plans, the 2Q should be significant for the progress of the development of this project.

I personally used their cloud gaming service. On my old laptop, I launched FOR HONOR and played (but due to the low speed of my Internet there were picture delays).
I think with the work product of the exchange - this is not a problem at all.
