Can anyone exapline how this project helps with security? Is this only for some Ethereum wallets like MEW or may be for exchanges too? Do they work with some exchanges right now?
The premise is that the world is gonna use a lot of smart contracts in the future. Say there is a bug in a smart contract that can be exploited. Qsp lets you do an automatic check for bugs. In order to perform automatic checks you need to hold some qsp tokens. The team is also performing manual checks but you do not need to pay in qsp. So qsp is utility token for automatic checks.

But is this security for Ethereum smart contracts? What about others blockchains? We have a lot of new promising coins with own blockchains and smartcontracts nowdays...

I belive its only for ETH contracts for the moment. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

But this does not has affect on price. If they made audit for Binance,  that how CZ paid them? Probably just paid in USD or in BNB which they spent? Why they don’t charge QSP tokens for audit?

Regarding that, I myself don't know either, and you better ask the team directly, maybe that way your question can be answered, but if someone can explain it, I think it's good.

I did read somewhere that the Binance audit was a manual audit. Meaning that besides the automated auditing (that requires qsp tokens for it to be used) they also performed some manual checks which are very labour intensive. I believe that for these "white glove" auditing services they do accept fiat or other forms of payments. It's basically just an additional service they offer besides their automated auditing platform for clients that feel they need a more rigorous approach for their smart contracts. Other than that, the team uses the experience and knowledge to improve their automated platform.

Quantstamp was introduced yesterday by Node Box, a platform for network security, the process of obtaining QSP is simplified with it, and it also has very compact dimensions
