I don´t think this is true in the modern western civilisation nowadays.
I don´t know where you from, but here in Europe there is a quota system in many jobs and companies. If this is the right way, i really don´t know.

But you are right that many men treated them badly. I think it´s because they are physically weaker and this thinking has been transferred hundreds of years in the heads of most men, unfortunately.

Well, I agree with you but I think all men are not alike. I have a very different point of view when it comes to comparing women with men. I think that women should have all the necessary rights to enjoy and live their life but should respect some limitations of ethics. Men should treat their women as their fortune not misery, and the women should get the respect they deserve. However, I know that in many countries men tract women very badly and think that women are just sexual slaves and nothing else but I am strongly against those people's thinking. They should understand that women are also one of the most important part of our life and they deserve their freedom. But women should also get good education in order to have mystery over their emotions and should not be prey to those predators who just want to use them for sex.

Was that time? the woman because she is really low. They are home only and the boys are busy doing their family life with their spouse and children. That's why the man's work is not done by a woman, since it was not a woman's act to do or to do what the boys did. They can not do it, but now in modern times they are able to do the things that men do hard work for women. Yes, both are the same creature. But from history we learn that women always get under men. Maybe it because of psychical condition where men often be more strong than woman. Even though right now, psychical is not quite matter anymore. Or maybe because of our job, that men often go to work to earn money and women often just relax and do housework. It's simple. Men consider women inferior, women consider men inferior and both are somehow right (actually are all wrong).
They don't use the same point of view and the same "properties" to be taken into consideration. And since no good universal mean of measure men and women correctly by the same standard, there will always be some telling this and that.
My opinion is that for now we can tell that men are usually better on this and that and women are better on this and that. There's nothing universal and anybody telling anything universal about who's inferior to whom is wrong.

Many women were warriors and also took part in military operations no worse than men, but they understood that they were primarily guardians of the hearth, but now this knowledge is simply disappearing and society is degrading.

Being strong or being a man must not be a basis of inferiority or superiority. By now, what we need is equality, whether you're a man or a woman. Not because man are stronger and stiffer than woman, doesn't mean, we women are inferior. There are still things man can't do but women are best at. Let us not limit the abilities of people just because of their gender.
