The fact that I can release a coin called VaginaCoin shows you how ludicrous this section of the forum is. You wouldn't see, for instance, a credit card be named PenisCard.

No, you wouldn't. You would have same marketing skills and same amount of time to take care about all coins you created and you would fail to do it properly. This makes you guaranteed money initially from creation and makes you ready to mine few coins of each of them early as a bonus as you already have all stuff ready before launch

And again, I welcome each and every new altcoin, created by you or someone else as long as it's not stupid one like Vagina thing. Well this thread is just more proof that the world is full of little wannabe, oppressive dictators (many would say "fascists", but that is not really the correct usage), who find it perfectly acceptable to use some type of "authority" to get rid of people/things/ideas that they don't like...for no better reason than the fact that they don't like it.

Anyway, first off, the problem is, until recently, there weren't new coins being made nearly as frequently, so there is no precedent to set what is acceptable, and what isn't. As of now, there really aren't any rules against making new coins, although there may be some changes fairly soon. Second, as much as people are complaining, I don't think I've seen a single report against Hazard (not that everyone should start reporting everything he says to make a point. Seriously, dont)

There's nothing explicitly in the rules of this subforum about doing crappy coin development. Furthermore, this sets a bad precedent about posting coin announcements on this subforum...who decides what a crapcoin is? And how easily abuseable will that mechanic be? It could be entirely possible to lock out development of all new coins, unless something is implemented properly and carefully.


However, with that said, maybe give Hazard a title like the "Great Shitcoin Spammer" or something. Just for laughs.




Final thought: With how easy it is to create alt accounts - and there seems to be one for every single scamcoin being created - there seems little to no point in limiting the number of coins a single user can "create" on this forum. Just my 2 satoshis.

There needs to be a Coin incubation forum where only forum FULL members + have a chance to look at the coin and deside on if it can be moved to the Alt Currency forum via vote margin of 65%+ support (All votes IP verified for fraud)

Well, I decided to quickly look it up and it turns out that you are pretty close! He's only been reported a total of 3 times, with 10-15 days between each report. Therefore, I highly doubt that he qualifies for being banned under the existing guidelines, not that number of reports mean anything.
