So if I have a website with moderate traffic, how do I earn revenue using pearls? How does the broker and web node work. I’m trying to understand the white paper thank you.

The Oyster team will offload PoW to AWS lambdas. This will allow the brokers to provide much better concurrency when multiple people start large uploads. This requires rewriting a significant amount of Oyster’s backend code.
so its going to be quite time intensive?

I am sure as project will move ahead lot of people will be surprised by the protocols changes. I have just read the developers update and it always lift me up whenever I see the achievements paragraph. Short summary on the next week work keeps the enthusiasm level up to wait for new release.

Is there a point at which development will no longer be viable? A price floor, amount of holdings, etc.? I'm not necessarily asking for that floor to be disclosed, more just if there is one at all...and is there a contingency plan if so?

So what is the incentive to purchase oyster protocol? What causes the price to rise/fall? The websites receive the pearls when users browse? But then who needs to purchase the pearls?

Well, Alex personally DM'd me saying he's interested and would do it...
so why can'y anyone just tell me if you've reached out to him or not yet? I don't see any harm in that

Is there a way to find SHL. So I held PRL before the drop, but was unaware when it happened. Naively I moved the PRL to a wallet that does not support SHL. Now I’m not sure where to start trying to find the shells

I don't understand some technical terms or language which is being used for platform building but still large part of the updates is understandable. These changes is codes to enhance the performance of the platform are interesting specially streamable library which is under testing right now after the work will be completed.

It is nice to make copy from original story and make lol in other topic even without any reason. Could you explain what is the purpose to post this part of the story in this thread?

Its not going to be next week but if there are huge breakthroughs in the attachment process we could see it before the end of the year
It'll also help to have more broker nodes but that relies on the DRS system

You need to run the tests with jest (npm run test or yarn test if you use yarn). They are not examples of programmatic usage of the streamable library, just internal tests to make sure the library is working as intended
I'm able to help you if you'd like to know about the programmatic invocation of uploads and downloads
