yes it is, this forum is rich with good information about ICO and expected with various ICO scam that is the task of moderator to crack down, so it will be seen that ICO is a scam and no harm in this forum. indeed learning from many things out there is also good but basically we are in the same forum to fix the bad including ICO.

ICOs. there are lots of website which give you expert opinion about a project. you should also watch reviews of ICO from differend people on youtube and other social media sites
