From telegram channel,bitcointalk,fb and other social media and sometimes a lot are also from the recommendation of friends who are already experienced in the ICO.But every project I still remain careful because sometimes there is a form of ico scam wrapped in a neat,all the things need consideration and therefore we should diligently read the whitepaper or to find out about the ico in the forum because usually the more interesting the ico the more people that discuss in a big forum

I think, if you are looking for some reliable ICO, you have to visit ico rating agency at first, than check the recommended in forums like this and ask the community about it. That's all you need.
