These are my top two favorite resources to learn about ICOs:
ICO Drops is hands down my favorite place to research ICOs. The layout is simple and clean, so it’s easy to find active and upcoming ICOs. They rate ICOs based on hype and interest, which saves time. They even tell you if the ICO is available in all. countries.
ICO Alert is my second favorite alternative to ICO Drops.

I would like to add to your list 5 other resources:
Coin Schedule (Coin Schedule)
ICO Rating
ICO Tracker
ICO List
Token Market

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

There are people who don't even know what bitcoin and blockchain are saying it's a scam. The state encourages the development of blockchain, and the central bank is also trying to develop virtual currency.

Easier for me to find ICOs on signal groups in telegram. They give info on the upcoming icos and I just do my own research on that. Also youtube videos with reviews is another good way but be careful coz most of it are shilled.

We've got a separate section for the ico's in our forum, going through it can understand the true value about the cryptocurrencies and the uniqueness it has got in its functioning. Going through the projects will make us understand better about the growth it is to experience in the falling days.

I find new ICO differently. Mostly I'm browsing the forum bitcointalk.org (the announcement section), twitter, telegram groups. If i find something interesting then i will do a further research about the  project itself. Looking through the new ICO myself. I study and analyze. I study, I sometimes make mistakes. Over time, experience comes. Do not worry, you will succeed!

i would recommend to look for an interesting ico on icodrops.com, they also have a channel in telegram. well, there are many channels in telegram, but no matter what sources you find the project at, you need to check and learn all the information about it by yourself. that's my position.

I used to see whether or not a good ICO is in Coin Schedule, ICO Bench and Coin Market Cap. If an ICO is registered there means that the Ico has a good market rate.

I find most icos on google and inform myself there too. read a lot and read many reports. That's how I found CoinMetro. This Ico will be a success in 2018. And if you use my link you will get 2.5% more tokens when you buy. A token costs 12 cents.

Bitcointalk is just a platform for getting the immediate information usually before other medias right now. The new coins will usually announced in bitcointalk.
However, we can see in www.icoalert.com about upcoming ICOs and ongoing ICOs.
