Please dig the forum. You are going to see much threads which are talking about the scam of Ethereum. If you are a real investor. You have to search for the team and the project. That's is the only way to understand that a project is a scam or not.
Worldcore is one of the biggest payment institutions in Europe. They are under very strict surveillance.

Well, monthes from the ICO ended hasve passed and we still have no working product here. Do they settle any approximate dates when the
platform will be usable with the operating crypto to fiat exchange? And how they plan to deal with the difference of taxes in different countries? 

If they didn't provide any fix dates in advance it also doesn't make sense to complain now. Have they so far failed to meet milestones of their roadmap or not?

By the way, we have started negotiations with Changelly for listing WRC token there.

You are right, maybe he is just looking on the value and volume, that should not be the reference at all.
This is a developing project and it takes time until it will fully deliver our expectation, if we really do not understand the project
