I personally think that will affect the society to an extreme level. People will be cautious of environment and start electric cars

it will be a great impact to fuel car industry but i think it will not distrupt the whole fuel car industry because not all countries have abundant suppply of electricity and the traditional fuel car fits them.

As with all new technology the innovators try them out first, then we'll move along until production costs reach a point where the masses can afford them. I think if you also take into account the CO2 targets of many countries it may reach a point where it is cheaper to own and run a fast electric car than a fast petrol one.

I dont think all the people will be able to afford such a car! So though the electric car will arise there will be still space for fuel one
