Socket 1150 -

ASRock H81 Pro R2.0 BTC Mining Motherboard
6 GPU's - Good option for a first rig board?

13 GPU's (more with M.2 adaptor)

H110-D3A (Socket 1151) DDR4 ATX Motherboard (Ideal For Cryptocoin Mining)
6 GPU's - This board, at the moment will by my first rig board i think.

I used Asus Prime Z270-A, MSI Z270 SLI PLUS and Gigabyte H110-D3A.

Between these 3 mb in my opinion Gigabyte is the best - low price and at least same performance as Asus and Msi. You can plug in max 6 cards.

I like the Z270 options, but, for just mining... dont you think they are overkill? You dont need so many overclocking/tuning options?

You should really take a look at and consider the BIOSTAR TB250 BTC-PRO motherboard, especially if you are looking for mining-specific boards.
Here is a link to it: http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/introduction.php?S_ID=884

But in general, this is a 12 GPU mining board. Been using one for a few months now and its running without any problems. Solid mobo if you ask me.

Yeah they are overkill for mining Grin few months ago it was really hard to get mobo/gpu in my country so i took anything for a reasonable price... As I said Gigabyte H110-D3A which I bought later is perfect for me... Made for mining and low price...

I'm currently using: Asus Z270-A, Biostar TB250-BTC, Gigabyte GA-H110 D3A, and waiting for Asus B250. Until now, Asus Z270-A is my most favourite one.
