It's important to remember that ICO's might be a beginning, but the real hardship starts after the ICO is over. You've sold. You've promised and now in order to grow this crypto world you need to DELIVER. Delivery is really important, it will be really sad when many ICO's just do not deliver a product/service. Trouble is even if you have a great team, sometimes things don't work out. Look at Tezos.

For ICO's successful, it must be realistic.
It organized and the infrastructure of the project must be robust.
ICO's investors are targeted for the future.

Great article about token sale models from Vitalik.
http://vitalik.ca/general/2017/06/09/sales.html
Great article. He really wishes to be a fair and balanced approach. However, the "chipping away" he discusses can only be done if the organization has the users and ethics in mind. If they do not, there is no way to keep them putting their own interests first. Hence, success is a double edged sword. ICO's dont always raise money and succeed. In a year or so, we will see which of them were honest and which were just trying to get a bunch of money and run.

For successfull ICO the first main thing is the idea behind the project. That how the project is useful. If it is solving a major problem that has not been solved by anyone else then it will more likely to be successful. Then comes its marketing, team behind the project, attractive white paper as well as whitepaper must give the clear idea that what project will do.

So these are few things which makes ICO successful.

ICOs is synonymous to crowdfunding, here are the  things to consider to make a successful ICOs

1. Innovations - just like any product an innovation is important to adapt any new technologies.  creating new concept an ideas to create new products or services that will become a competitive to others.
2. Dedicated teamwork and a god team member- everyone in the team should contribute their task, responsibilities and duties and to prevent any conflict to run the project smootlhy.
3. Marketing and exposure - media conference, interviews, social media, and campaign are the ideal tool for exposure and advertising  your ICOs
4. After Market support - this is the most important for sustainability  as what have delivered on your ICOs, investors are your costumers too.

It has to do something with the owners now raising funds is just like issuing of shares but when shares are issued they have to utilise those funds in order to get more capital etc. In case of ico the company isn't bound to anything so once they raise funds they don't care about the token they issue nor anything helpful is done which raises demand for their token if some ico can put some work they can be successful it has happened in past best example is ether

Definitely! In addition, in order for an ICO to be successful there should be many privileges to make or offer because people always think of good result of what they hold for any coin. There must be an assurance that ICO is not a scam because others always start with negativity in their minds so prove to them that it is not a scam or a trash. Let them be awakened to what they said.

even if they have that qualities but dont have people to support them , they wont still be succesful. infact ive seen many ico's thats verry promising and consists of good team and good project but why they are still unsuccesful? it because they dont get much support from the mass and maybe they are lack of advertising budget as result they cant get much crowd and exposure to the  public.

It's a small world with cryptos, who you have backing you seems to be the largest influencing factor. For example, Tezos and Tim Draper, or any coin that Blockchain Capital invests in. Something else is how many conferences the team goes to (Civic attends every conference!) having a nice website, with a great team also helps.

I am wondering what you all believe what makes an ICO interesting and successful in the end?

First and foremost, they need to have a good vision to start with. Then they will present how they are going to turn such vision into reality. This needs a detailed and possible narration and plan along with a roadmap. And then they will create a dependable team that will be solid enough to turn such dreams into hard actions. Marketing strategies will follow. This is vital because they need to reach out to the potential big and small time investors.

Assurance for ICO, I think it's impossible, maybe there's escrow for ICO and it's useful to keep the people's money safe. But assurance, I wonder how ICO will apply this kind of safety things for their users.
But I must agree that some of ICO starter often don't care about their coin or token after raising tons of money, just see those ICO that just let their coin become dust.

I am wondering what you all believe what makes an ICO interesting and successful in the end?

As we notice there are many ICO's right now that grew simultaneously and because of it you are doubting which of it is the right one to invest in and to trust.

Believe me or not there is no way to fully know which ICO will surely succeed in the future but one thing that we can do in order to give us a big chance to choose the right ICO is to carefully look the background of the project, its goal, its team and also its developer.

First of all, it needs to have an appealing idea for investors to join in, second, a strong team that proves that they can deliver the product or service they're advertising, and third, a good PR campaign and thus, people's hype to invest in it.

Good team and realistic concept.. for example ARtoken... I like how they work so far (the company who is behind the project, called Cappasity, they've already done a lot, so you can really see the work progress)... I also think their goals and concept look realistic

Other than the basics that everyone talks about on this form, it all comes down to the idea, marketing/hype built, and market fit. We can all support a cool idea, but if there's no need for it, it'll flop.

I recently found a token worth taking a look at. They claim to be the next generation of ethereum and more specialized/equipped for ecommerce/marketplace. Cybermiles partnered with the app 5miles to bring smart contracts to the app and then eventually commercialize it. Now THIS definitely has the application and a better blockchain would mean better efficiency.
