Hello guys,

i want to make some changes on the next core. And i need some feedback.

The important point is the amount for a masternode collateral. For example, we could do the following 4,200 MEC or 42,000 MEC for one masternode.

The next idea is also to change the algo. I test the HashX16R algo for the next update.
