Does it work like this ?

I buy with escrow and after I receive the asic unit, you receive the escrowed btc.
Thank you for your suggestion, but i have no btc for pre-order, sorry

This way escrow guarantees nothing.

Both Bitfury and you can scam me. No thanks, good luck.

I will take 5% of the total BTC, which we mine for the period.
For example. You have 1 full Asic device with 120 GH, in three days (I will pay every three days)  it will produce 14,919 btc (for actual difficulty). I will send you 14,1731 btc.
If you dont agree with 5% fee, I am ready to listen your suggestion. Maybe I'll decrease my fee for buyers, who ordering multiple devices.

PS: The escrow fee is simply added to the total before being sent to the escrow address, thanks. Please do not send it to the 1NB... address. Smiley

The escrow address for pidobir's Bitfury group buy is:

16hT6S3XNfeNoN2YcGStQuUq7zUSSiXAMq

Please state and agree to the conditions (if item is received damaged, item lost with tracking, customs fee etc) beforehand.

If possible, GPG sign your agreement to prevent any discrepancies later on and please ship with tracking to prevent problems during delivery.
GPG signing is not a requirement, and any verbal exchange in the form of private messages or posts on bitcointalk.org, or email is effective as a statement of condition.

Do note that I am only responsible for the funds up to the point it is sent to Bitfury.
Any losses incurred by Bitfury's or Pidobir's failure to ship/reship will not be borne by me, but I will release the following data to aid in litigation actions.

In addition to that, I confirm the receipt of:

1) Pidobir's passport scan (but note that I do not understand Russian, and thus cannot verify it 100%)

The fine print:
This Contract is solely generated for the purpose of facilitating the transaction between the seller and the buyer, which refers to the pseudonyms used on bitcointalk.org.
The escrow holder, John, assumes and gives no liability or guarantees on the satisfaction of all parties involved, although he agrees to mediate and facilitate the deal to the fullest extent he is capable of.  On the event that any problems arises, he will release the escrow to whichever party that presents him with the most convincing proof and/or after an open discussion with others or theymos.
The verbal acceptance by both parties (or the failure to reject) and the sending of Bitcoins to the escrow address above constitutes the acceptance of the terms and conditions stated, and the activation of this Contract.

Please understand that I am assuming the risk of holding the escrowed Bitcoins, and I am using my own time to facilitate this transaction.
I am imposing a fixed and nonrefundable fee of 2% for this transaction, to be deducted when the funds are moved.

Thank you.

Would the escrow funds to sent to the seller once the buyer has received the merchandise to verify that the actual unit was shipped out and received?

No. In my opinion, but wait topic by escrow.
1. If you want to use escrow for 1-s service, you must sent him BTC for Asics, my fee, shipping cost + escrow fee (2%);
2. Escrow sent  BTC for ASICs to Metabanks BTC address https://metabank.ru/asic/45c5c962b9cd4625e8ad9830a5fd50fe;
3. Metabank delivers ASICS to me.
4. Escrow sent me my fee and shipping cost.
5. I sent devices to you.

What if the middleman scams the end user (us) and does not ship out the product after escrow releases the funds prior to shipping? I think maybe it might be safer if escrow releases the funds after tracking number confirms delivery?

Of course it is more safer.
But I will not be able to buy and send the devices for my money. I do not have much money.

Ok, just wondering, I never heard of this company (probably because its Russian), but how sure are we that they are going to ship. I mean do they have working prototypes that we've seen?

if i want to make a purchase using escrow

i sent payment of 24.072 btc to this address 16hT6S3XNfeNoN2YcGStQuUq7zUSSiXAMq?

Do i need to do anything else after that?

I still don't understand how to do the pastebin message

if anyone can put instructions this will be great.

And after making payment do i send pidobir email with my name and address info for shipping and tx id?
