We have released an update for wallet, please update your wallet by following the below steps. Windows, Linux and MAC update is done right now, Steps for windows are:
Step 1. Delete only Harvest-qt.exe file
Step 2. Download the new wallet from https://www.harvestcoin.org/download-white-paper.html
Step 3. Just run the new downloaded exe file

Explorer will start working fine again by tomorrow..
