Hello readers,
Inspired by ShirKhan, I'd also like to share my experience with Harvest.
First I'd like to point out that I realise (I'm Australian, so that's the correct spelling
) that I'm a newbie at Bitcoin Talk. I was/am late to the crypto scene but I've been around for 6 months, lurking bitcointalk, learning mining, learning MN's, learning staking, learning, it feels like, new things daily.
The crypto world excites, confuses and amazes me. The communities, friendships & potentially world changing projects that are launched and worked towards have given me a new inspiration in my life.
I'm telling the above in order to give some idea about who am I and also, I suppose, to give the meaning to the fact that this is the first coin I've bothered to write a bitcoin talk post about. (Not saying there aren't other, extremely worthy projects!!!!).
I'm running community marketing competitions out of my own money & spending countless hours helping people. There is something here, it's a good group of people and I agree with ShirKhan that it's one of the most undervalued MN coins out there at the moment.
On some more tangible issues: Honestly I had my doubts with the Dev's originally but now I have complete faith in them. Their dedication to the coin is clearly visible to those that have been paying attention. They aren't the best at communication, I think they might not be native english speakers, but they work hard, very hard at fixing and implementing things the community want.
They changed their original plan for their ICO for the community to implement exchanges ASAP (Something I was against) and IMHO it hurt them and the coin. But the important thing for me was that they listened to their community and acted. Changed a major part of their plan in order to fulfill their communities wants. Time after time they have delivered updates requested by the community and in spite of the sometimes down attitude of some people they have continued this work and seem completely committed to making this coin work for everyone who invests. I personally think the listing on Cryptopia is a massive step forward. & we have a coinexchanges.io listing coming up aswell!
I feel like this is a long enough post already, but I invite everyone to join me and the rest of the Harvest community on slack or telegram (links on the front page of this thread).
I'll see you there. (And if your good at Photoshop or creative, join the competition I posted, I'm keen to give away some HC, meet new people and to see what people come up with
