i sent a few times without fee,
none of them was long unconfirmed, but a 10 BTC with Fee Transaction needed around 6h for first Confirmation, that was very unpleasant

Maybe I should add I will give a bounty for anyone that presents a good and fair raffle idea?

Brainstorm it up peeps.

Why you do not encrypt a number, you give the encryption code to a trust member, who will be as well escrow of the BTC. Somehow each of us is getting a raffle number.
Only when raffle time is out,  you give the encryption key to this trust member who distribute the BTC to winners.

Is that technically and fairly possible right ?
