I would advise you to pay attention to two projects that are not on your list. These projects are working. Utoken and DMarket. In particular, I support Utoken with special interest.

I currently have one ICO on my watch that is Envion (as you can see on my signature), they will provide a mining solution with so called MMU's (high power mining containers) that will mine all crypto that is worth to mine. The Tokens are divident paying and investors will get their share of the mining operations every week payed. Its really promising and the demand for this is high. Its a swiss company and they operate the first container already in Berlin in germany.
Of course thats just what im interested in, always do your own due dilligence before investing. Cheers!

I want to mention about this upcoming project https://miralab.io/. As for me it's a good whitepaper and ERC20 token approval, good team member amd they active communication in some social networks. But yes, they will have a Pre-ICO soon...On the one hand, during pre-ico i can buy tokens with a huge discount then after, but on the other hand, I'm scared that if they do pre-sale they don't sure in success. Anyway, it's a good idea to invest a little  and help Mira startup to process ICO smoothly. Any thoughts?

I do not know. Because I have never invested in ICO. Try to learn every ico there and choose the best ico you think. it is a good thing and you will be spared from the scam ico.

I always consider following, in no particular order:

1. Team - is the team capable of doing the product, do they have experience and skill set
2. Market - is there a niche or share of existing market will be made, is the market large.
3. Token model - is there a purpose of the coin, do you think it is useful.
4. ICO structure - how will the funds be used, roadmap available, do they need that much money.

Now we are looking where to invest, but there is a problem. There are too many projects. Of course we do check all the ratings and analyze the projects we like closely. But there are still too many projects. So I would very appreciate if you recommend me ICOs you like.

Note: Do your own research in order to decide what project to choose, we are little experienced in ICO and investments in general. ICOs we decided not to participate perhaps are very good.
