The premine looks a lot, but it's actually 0.04% of the max total supply, which is lower than most. I've seen decent projects with as high as 10% premine!

The possible problem here is the low reward. All the coins from the PoW phase will be lower than the premine! Dev has complete control on what happens with this coin. If he can at least show that he will not abuse the premine, this can be a decent project.

That's to indicate that you are mining VULTR buddy. I presume the port 3433 is shared among other coins, so you'd be best not to omit c=VULTR.
