You are shouting without any solid proof or story, just like a soundless comedy movie. I'm using this site for a long time and never faced such situation, I had many trades quit bigger than yours. Coinexchange has a decent amount trade history, so they won't do this with such lower value.

Of course it is not the best exchange, but personally never had any problems with coinexchange.io. And can you give any proofs of your story, pls?

Something weird is going on with the order list. Looks like orders are sorted by "priority" rather than price. With some orders left out as consequence.

Takes some trading to find the glitch. Come close to a good deal and you will notice.

Throw some "shit" and see what sticks.

Take it anyway you want..

My sell order is not showing on the list where you buy:

List changed on F5. Now showing my sell order plus an cheaper sell order trumping it.. Go screen it yourself.

And yes. Today the moderator was teaching us something like "we all know a ferrari can outrun a lambo anyday!!". Total jerk!

Throw some "shit" and see what sticks.

I made a "test" deposit over 2 weeks ago. Followed all directions. Never saw the deposit.
Followed directions to make a "support Ticket," and included all info they asked for.
15 days later the ticket is still being processed.
No telephone number listed to call customer service.
No info on coinexchange.io at the SEC.....
So far, I have not observed any problems with this jury, but I prefer to use other exchanges. For example, such as EXMO. I think they are safer

To buy or not to buy - that is the question ;)

I can't say anything bad on how this exchange works, as I haven't faced any problems as user. But once I was interested in what their listing price, however I have never received any answer to my opened ticket. Not sure how much this can be called scam

I would not say that this exchange is a fraud. It seems to me that such unpleasant situations happen with each exchange.

For now I have no bad comments to this exchange, since it was newly exchange sites for me. Aside from that maybe OP is a newly user of this sites that's why the experience error, maybe they cannot follow the condition or rules and regulations during creating an account. I suggest to explore it first, take the feedback of the other users and show proof that this exchange site is making scam. Or be observant to those site maybe they connect to the wrong sites

I sold some tokens there some weeks ago and was surprised how fast everything worked, because, to be honest, i didn't think it will be. But i am not using coinexchange  usually.

it's not a small amount, but why can you lose it after logging out? I still can not understand. I used to trade in coinexchanges but I have never experienced anything like that

whenever i saw such threads without any proper explanation and evidence , i am sure that people are new to that exchange or crypto space .
instead of raising such issues with support team they starty shouting everywhere . ok you got issue so let support answer that first .
you can post such thread later also after getting reply from support team , also post threads with all details (except confidential info) . so that people can understand where is the issue . and why support not resolved it .

I have used coinexchange over a year without having any problems. You guys should contact support before making any accusation. Some traders buy scam coins with no buy order then later come and complain.

Hey, coinexchange is a normal exchange, no problems. For beginners it is well suited. To avoid communication with support, you just need to work carefully. There was a time when I worked there for six months -not a single ticket in support

Me too. OP must have not activated 2FA and that why all his funds are lost. I just checked my account there which I last used back in December and all my altcoins there are still safe and complete.

Now I've signed in for coinexchange.io after a long time. Coins as well as history remained unchanged. Personally, I have an account protected by 2FA by verification. Once I had a login problem, but they had a problem with the servers as I later learned from the support. I recommend that you contact support will definitely help you.
