hi, you can try Drag me to hell, the ring 0, shutter, also try to search movies from Thailand and Japan they are very good in producing horror films. But don't forget to watch it with your family or friends.

Some of the best horror movies I've watched was Conjuring and The Grudge. The sound effects is really scary that make me shout and cover my eyes in some scenes.

I really love horror movies and I can say that I watched a few till now.
These are a few that I liked and reccomend you watching:

Most of them I think were pretty good, with pretty decent plots and good effects. I can't really stand the low quallity horror movies since I find them pretty lame so the ones I mentioned are pretty ok I guess .

The Conjuring is one of the most terrifying movies I have ever seen. Don't Breathe is also up there, but it's really more of a thriller.

If you want to watch something fucked up I suggest: Martyrs (this one kinda disturbed me when I was younger)

and for those who want to laugh a bit afterwards: Tucker and Dale vs Evil (one of my favourite movies of all time, def check it out)

A Tale of Two Sisters , I Saw the Devil , White: The Melody of the Curse , Voice , Bedevilled , Cello , Three... Extremes , Arang , Red Eye and Hansel and Gretel .

Best horror/comedy and really one of the best movies ever is Tucker and Dale vs Evil. It's a movie hardly anyone has seen but think it's the best after watching it. it's good to watch multiple times to pickup on the little things.
