What is the best ongoing or upcoming Pre-ICO token sale

Due to the high number of ICOs currently taking place, sometimes it seems a bit out of control. Pre-ICOs sales is looking more likely to be the place to get a good investment bargain and sometimes a lot of the Pre-ICOs are over before you hear of them. So it would be good to know everyone's thought on ongoing or upcoming identified Pre-ICOs token sales that are worth having a look at.

i think electroneum is the most promissing at the moment. Everybody (even at etoro) is talking about them and their approach to target mobile users is a pretty good strategy. I don't know if they're the most promising longtime-investment but at the moment they should generate the highest profits in my opinion

There's 2 days left in unikongold. very solid ico with strong team/advisors. Already raised $30 million. More of a long term thing.

Coming up is cybermiles. A marketplace token, but with a twist. They are also a protocol token for the network and partnered with the app 5miles to integrate it. From there, they are expanding into ecommerce.

They have made their target ICO hard cap and imagine it's $40 million, real bucks. There's also another one that's promising and that is tezos but the developers has backed up so it's not on my list now. It's still early to make some claims about electroneum but still it's possible that it's going to be a good long term investment. But possible also that many will just take the profit after the distribution.

Check out some ICO rating sites they are doing sometimes a good job sorting the ICOs acc to their importance.
So check it out and you will find the hot shit, although its harder than it seems to find really good ICOs

Check out Assetrons Pre-Ico Sale, really like the project, and the tokens are only 0.025 USD compared to the 0.04 plan for end of ICO. They are in Australia and are regulated by ASIC. As soon as Token Sale ends, these can be traded on the WAVES DEX, so they are already on an exchange.
