No, it's not over. There is still one phase left as the July CCO was postponed and no dates are announced yet when they will re-open the last phase of CCO but i think it will be soon maybe September.

OKk it's all good. I didn't now that there was still a last CCO phase to hold on July. I guess it was postponed because the team did not get enough funding from the previous months CCO sales as they would have wanted?? Or any other different reasons for the action?

Yes, basically like this. CCO was designed to get traditional investors into crypto.
But the further the months went, the more red came into crypto-values, more fear arrived to cryptoinvestors, much more fear in traditional potential investors, no reason to let it run another month.

Instead the CEO did this wise decision to wait until the market recovers - at least a bit.

Yeah that's true. The bear has scared a lot of old and potential new investors in cryptos and they are thinking the end is here but that is not true. All we are seeing now is manipulation and some big or institutional investors trying to scare people away from cryptos and make them sell so they can get in at a very cheap price. I don't fall for that and will always be in cryptos and will wait till whenever the bull returns.

When I saw that file of instructions in pdf format it was easy for me to understand but very hard for those are new. Why I am raising this issue again because above my post one more mate has asked for swapping. There are number of people who didn't change yet and are holding like this so far.

If its so, that sounds a bit strange for me cause swap process shouldn't be such complicated for usual users, that showing relation from team side to old holders and team's professionalism as well.

and i agree that the swapping process from old contratc to new contract is difficult for the new users
if people don't swap yet then they should do that quickly and move their PCL to the new contract

1st indicator: if your PCL arrived to your wallet later then February 18th 2018, you will already have the updated PCL-tokens (except you´ve bought from the old contract through Etherdelta afterwards.

Honestly this token-update was the first time to interact with a smart-contract, and literally everybody felt it was like spoon-feeding thanks to the smallest steps mentioned in this tutorial.

I personally had to go through much more complicated swap´s/updates from various projects afterwards.

No, it is still the one and only swap/update announced in February 2018.
Anyway there still are 3415 addresses which hold old PCL.
