I think there is none or only virwox can offer this .. there are lots of scammer out there if you deal exchanging your bitcoin to paypal funds..

Bitcoin and USD are two different things. Let's imagine that you have you have 0.5 BTC, which is worth $2.296 (dollars) as I'm writing this post.
You will have to sell those Bitcoins and as for Paypal money. There are a few websites and users that allow you to do that.

Currently best way is just sell here on this forum through reputable member because sites taking too much fees and here few members doing this service for some time and have no issue just use your own mind and do this all very carefully
