Hold BTC or Buy Altcoins - Hard fork

In this situation, I think it will be correct to keep Bitcoin in order to get the same amount of Bitcoin Gold as a result of holding a hard fork. As for the altcoyins, here is already at your discretion. If something needs to be bought, it's better to do it for fresh money, Betkoin better not to touch. If the behavior of bitcoin is possible, in principle, while to predict, then how will the altcoins behave in the near future, difficult to understand. In all likelihood, they will wave smoothly.

For me it is both. You should hold btc and buy altcoins. But you should buy those that you know will have a bigger price or be successful in the future. I think if you have a hundred btc, hold the half and buy altcoins using the other. That's the best way to have a win win situation.

When the crypto currency market is bullish, altcoins end up pumping harder and giving much higher profits than Bitcoins.  I have a feeling the price of Bitcoins will drop right before or immediately after the hard fork.  Bitcoin Gold also won't be worth as much as many people expected.

We don't need to expect too much but always be on the safe side, we can benefit on holding btc for now since we can get some bitcoin gold after, and try to buy some alts that are dumping that have potential for future pump. Don't miss any chances as much as possible.

I personally going to choose holding bitcoin, I predicted that the price wont fall down too much, so maybe there will be more risk if you want to try to buy alt coin, and by holding bitcoin we will get bitcoingold, who knows the price is high and we can sell it, so holding bitcoin got no risk at all

i prefer to hold my btc 0.01 till near new year, then if no changes i just keep it. and my other coin is stuck, should i cut lost ?

I think both are the right choice for now. buying altcoins is now also a great option. we just wait for the right time to resell it.

But holding bitcoin is way better than buying alts at this time, because as before it is expected that after the fork bitcoin value will rise again, and hence alts will be a lot cheaper afterwards. So it would be wise to just hold on to your bitcoin for now and think about buying alts after the fork affect is over.

If you will give a look to the present value of bitcoin and then compare it with the value two days ago, you will definitely come up with your correct answer and it will be to hold on bitcoins for next few weeks at least. Bitcoin has already crossed 5k dollars and no altcoin is showing such a fast progress in prices, curse me even if a single word that I said is wrong. Keeping bitcoin for now is like favoring your own self.

Yes, at present the price variation is expected to take place as a whole. On fork, the growth is expected to be mutually effective without causing a one side growth. Upon the same, the diversified manner of investing is quite a good thing to profit the user.

I prefer altcoins. It is very obvious that many known altcoins are going to increase after fork as minimum 30-40% in the very first wave. What about the fork coin? Will you get enough profit with it as you ll get from altcoins?

I think it's safer to hold your Bitcoin instead of buying altcoin because Bitcoin's future is clearer than altcoin.

The choice of what to do is yours but I will rather buy and hold BTC and wait for the hard fork to and go then i will harvest my coins massively. BTC is heading up north.

i will do both but reduce the amount that i have in altcoins.

it is not just because of the bitcoin hard fork and the airdrop that i am going to get but also it is because of the fact that altcoins don't look good these days and when market is like this i prefer staying away instead of investing and risk losing a lot of money in a falling market.

i think its better to hold your altcoins.Altcoins will definately  rise after the Hardfork.
