There was never anything special about $0.65 as a number, apart from it being the price at which pre-listers got suckered in, so why is it now a "target"?
The actual rationale for $0.65 being chosen by BBOD is suspect, not to say bullshit

We decided to find the most similar exchange to gauge the potential value of BBD, by taking into account the following factors:
products offering
age
token economics
Our pick is FTX (ftx.com). This exchange is relatively young – it was launched in May 2019, and similarily offers numerous futures contracts on Bitcoin and Altcoins which are stablecoin-settled. Token economics assumes offering a substantial fee discount for FTT holders.
There are 350,000,000 total FTT tokens. On 29th July 2019, the price of the FFT token at the close of the first day of listing was $1.65 (based on the ftx spot market). This means that market capitalisation based on a fully diluted number of tokens was 350,000,000 * 1.65 = 577,500,000 USD.
Fully diluted number of BBD tokens (Max. supply) equals 275,803,582. If BBD tokens were offered at the same valuation, this implies that the BBD token would be offered at the price 577,500,000 / 275,803,582 = $2.0938 or 2.0938 USD per 1 BBD token.
However, we decided to offer BBD tokens with a 70% discount in relation to the FTT valuation at the first day of listing. The BBD tokens will be offered at the base price $0.65 or 0.65 USD per 1 BBD during the first day of the listing at BBOD.

I myself do not judge the BBOD exchange, indeed the price of $ 0.65 is nonsense that they have said, at least wait for them to fix it all so they can keep their promises before it, slowly or quickly I hope all goes without having to back down

It is funny to see, that at the exact day when the BBD token price went up, the exchange has decided to make a "Deposits and withdrawals are temporarily disabled"  

Plus this is the info from telegram channel. Why not make it official and put this in the "news" or "blog" on the exchange? I'm 100% sure that there are people that sent cryptocurrency and now are questioning why their balances are stil 0.0000.

There was some upgradation in the platform due to which deposits and withdrawals were disabled. Also when the deposits are disabled, the price do tend to move up because people can't bring more coins to dump them.

Yes, the team is active, but they give inadequate answers.

Yesterday I've asked about withdrawal fees. Telegram admin gave me link to trading fee. Yes there are info about TUST and BBD withdrawal fee, but you can withdraw also ETH, and his answer was "ETH withdrawals are also available, they'll be updated on the sheet soon".

Why not do it right now? It is like adding few lines on webpage. Why haven't done it before the exchange started to work?

And the genius answer why withdrawals are slow or pending: "Please be patient. Today is bank holiday in many countries and that may delay the support's answer."

Yes, the current BBOD exchange still has a lot of shortcomings, especially in deposits and withdrawals, if I look at it in terms of trade it is quite good, as well as the team must act quickly in making improvements to the deposit channel system and withdrawal of funds

But you should try to register, deposit, trade and withdraw.

Another unusual thing with BBOD exchange.

I've got 460 BBD tokens for participating in bounty. Sold them on Friday



Received 3,5 TUSD + 18,45 TUSD.

Dont know what happened but my Deposit section looks like this:



Looks like some kind of a bug. January 4 and 5 my balance was increased with "amount BBD sold to TUSD on Friday minus some kind of commission".

Roughly on Sunday I had about 65 TUSD, which I've traded for ETH and made a 0.46 ETH withdrawal yesterday:



To sum up:

BBOD was traded for 0.0003 ETH on January 3, but in the end the price turns to be 0.001. Dont understand how my trade turned that way.

It looks like I would like to call that current BBOD platform as beta platform rather than fully working platform as some bug still have discovered by the users. what makes me feel so bad to see you need requirement even to WD or deposit a new money. Yes they launched their platform but it was not perfect, so there were a lot of bugs that appeared but that was okay in my opinion slowly as well everything would improve if the BBOD exchange team continued to correct every system error

Just remembered one thing - I've transferred 0.002 ETH to unlock deposit option, and after that deposited 460 BBD.
I 100% remember that on my balance tad I had 460 BBD and 0.002 ETH. When I've sold my 460 BBD to TUSD, my balance turned "some amount it TUSD" and 0.0000 ETH.

Due to some kind of glitch I've withdrawn 3 times more than I've traded, I'm not going to write a support ticket about that 0.002 ETH. (or would do that, if conscience wont let me sleep well)

Do you transfer with the same eth address from before, if you are right then please send your support ticket as soon as possible because that is where every problem will be fixed tell me clearly there don't worry because they will process it, this is just buf in my opinion
