New day - new problem.

Now I cant login to my account (hope this is not because I've made a withdrawal recently). I'm login-in with some "NiN" user name with blank transfer/trade/login/etc history.

Just remembered one thing - I've transferred 0.002 ETH to unlock deposit option, and after that deposited 460 BBD.
I 100% remember that on my balance tad I had 460 BBD and 0.002 ETH. When I've sold my 460 BBD to TUSD, my balance turned "some amount it TUSD" and 0.0000 ETH.

Due to some kind of glitch I've withdrawn 3 times more than I've traded, I'm not going to write a support ticket about that 0.002 ETH. (or would do that, if conscience wont let me sleep well)

Do you transfer with the same eth address from before, if you are right then please send your support ticket as soon as possible because that is where every problem will be fixed tell me clearly there don't worry because they will process it, this is just buf in my opinion

Yes, the amount of 0.002 ETH was transferred from same ETH address that is bond as a "wallet" on exchange, same address from which BBD tokens were deposited and were I've withdrawn my funds later.

People have been loosing their trust since the exchange sites have already started to operate.
The only exchange site that was giving requirements to the users to deposite some amounts to open the more features.

all of them please be patient with the problems that keep popping up in this BBOD exchange just launched so it's only natural that they have mistakes, but if I look at the mistakes, I'm sure they must lack team members in serving users

I see the error situation getting worse I see in the BBOD exchange, but as time goes by let the team work first to fix any bugs that arise because they may not pay attention to their negligence so many errors occur and never lose confidence if the evidence is not strong enough they could improve but it takes time, even though things like this look pretty boring

Try asking in their telegram channel. Maybe there is a maintenance (another) on the exchange or they have put on hold deposits and withdrawals. They don't announce that kind of things on the exchange (which a huge minus), but only do that in telegram pinned message.

a little disappointed with the tokens they made are BBD tokens, how can I not be disappointed even what is expected that half cannot be achieved, I see support for the bbd exchange project is good and sufficient but they ignore the public demand they are less adapted to the price of BBD tokens

hmm .. that's why people ask to make their tokens correctly, I hope the trust of the community remains intact for the BBOD exchange. I really want them to talk on this thread and respond to people's questions thrown in this thread, so they don't look dead, and waiting is very frustrating for me, but their situation I can not do much,

That new thread no longer exists, and the BBOD Official account has been scrubbed clean, whether by the mods or BBOD themselves, is unclear.
Also, the Haldor account which started this thread has been inactive for two months, and the latter responding account kojektea appears to also have lost interest.
All in all, BBOD's approach on this forum has been very poor and uninspiring for investor confidence.

Out of the three media i.e. this forum, the website and Telegram, only Telegram allows complete control over the narrative and its record.
I find this to be a common phenomenon, where admin that find difficulty managing shortcomings in the actual project resort to managing the record of those shortcomings in the media.
