Altcoin has begun to rise again and it was expected those were the dips to buy now we can get some profits and wait for another dip to happen

we have always wanted to buy sole alts for investment snd sometimes, we tend to wait for them to go go too low which is actually ideal. However, if you intens to hold on to those alts as long term investments, i giess there is no specific time to buy it so long as you have the money. This is so since you will definitely gain some profit regardless of the value of the altcoin when you will hold them as long term investment. Though getting them in low proces is better but if we wait for the next dip, it wouldn't make so much difference because probably the next fork will be next
Year.

I think Bitcoin can still see a $10,000 new ATH this year so it is still soon to buy altcoins in my opinion. Some are already recovering but if Bitcoin makes past $8000 altcoins will go down again to their support level. I am going to wait and see the next Bitcoin move before I buy any altcoin.
ICO's are always a good buy nevertheless. If you guys look at https://icowatchlist.com/finished you can see that most of the finished ICOs had a good return.

Yes i think its time to buy altcoins because altcoins will go up because bitcoin harfork date is extended and the hype of bitcoin hardfork is decreased now due to this altcoins will go up and I think this is the best time to invest in altcoins to generate the good profit and I hope now the altcoins time is started.

I think next 12 month is always time to buy altcoins.
Too much demand. BTC will drive the market but all this money will spread eventually.
Its funny to say but BTC is not most profitable investment.
IOTA was 0.35 and now its 0.55. And these are support levels , if you are active you could double investment in 1 month.

I think wait until November is the right step you should do before buy altcoin. For me, it's too early to buy altcoin. If you look from chart please replace it with long time period ( week - month ) and you'll know what I'm try to say. I'm not fundamental trader/ investor but my strategy still give me passive income. I agree, We must take advantage the low value of altcoins, so it's really a right time to buy of it  because we might know when will be happened the next hard fork of bitcoin. Even the bitcoin fork is cancelled to the date be confirmed, we still not be confident about that because it's possible will be happened in that day of schedule of bitcoin hard fork.
