In my own perspective there is no a perfect time to buy Altcoin. As long as you have a money to buy Altcoin then grab the chance. It is better to take it and take risk so that you can earn early as possible.

but i think this is a good time to buy Altcoin. because now BTC is pump and Altcoin have dump.
