it is difficult to divide the real casino and the fake one but i think if you search the info about each of gambling site or something like review for gambling site then you can know. i think you can take a look at here which is recommended gambling site and which is the site we should stay away. i guess many members here giving the best info about gambling site so new people or at least people can have a clue when they want to playing gambling. if this is your first time in gambling, then i suggest to you don't use big money but only use small money to see the site is good or not and be careful when you playing gambling and make limit in your bets.

Bitstarz.com refuses to pay me my winnings of 4.4 btc stating that any winnings from the loyalty bonus that is given out every Friday is capped at 25 mBTC since it is not tied directly to a deposit, even though the loyalty bonus is based on the amount deposited throughout the week or from the previous cashout. They basically stole my 4.4 btc and replaced it with 0.3 btc stating that it was 10x more than the maximum withdrawal amount that is associated with "free" bonuses because I was a "loyal" player and that if I was unsatisfied with this result then I have the option to opt out of the bonuses and play with my own money.

In previous posts here Bitstarz.com tries to claim that the loyalty bonus is there so that players have another chance to win back their money, however, when it actually happens they pull some crap like this and refuse to pay. So as a warning, stay away from Bitstarz.com...the place may look nice but it is a total scam and they will try to find any reason to refuse payment if you win.

Well, if it's in their ToS, it's hardly a scam.
It should be automatic though, you shouldn't be able to play up to 4BTC and lose your balance when you can't withdraw more than 0.3BTC

Yes its true. If they have it written in their ToS then it shouldn't be considered a scam however it needs to be within reason.

This is no different then all those other casinos who put withdraws on hold unless you send over your driver license, passport, proof of residency to claim your winnings.

They all put that clause in their ToS and they can enforce it however it doesn't mean its right, especially since this is crypto and privacy is very important.

I feel bad for the OP, and really wish he searched the thread before dealing with that site.

Yet this seems to be a common complaint amongst folks who can't read into the terms and conditions of bonuses.  I mean everything has been spelled out for ages there that most no deposit bonuses have been capped at 25 mBTC ever since I've been there.  Sure on occasion you may get an exception but more times than not you won't.

Most of the folks who tend to complain on here about Bit Starz from the beginning have already admitted they couldn't be bothered to read the rules.  So once again and I've asked this time and time again.  Why bother playing at a casino if folks can't be bothered to read what there getting into? Hell even the popular dice sites have rules and conditions that I"m sure most folks haven't read.  Why because we've created a lazy society where folks feel entitled to there winnings no matter what rules were put in place before the wagering happened.

Hell even the most popular site Fortune Jack has now put into place all deposits are required to be played with 5 times over before withdrawal.  Otherwise your winnings will also be denied.  I"m sure many have not even bothered to read this rule also.

I've just come to the conclusion if you can't be bothered to read anything about what a gambling site expects of you aka the terms and conditions.  Online gambling might not be for you.  Maybe sticking to brick and mortar casinos might do you better.  I visit 2 different casino forums and both actively promote reading the rules and terms and conditions of the web site your getting into before evening depositing.

Yet most players on here would rather cry wolf than admit, well I didn't read the rules and because it's "crypto" we feel we should be paid because were an exclusive group of folks.  That don't feel rules apply to us.  If this would be fiat currency or anything else there wouldn't be this mob mentality.

I will admit happily I play here on the regular and win I do win I get paid consistently.  Biggest win was 13.5 BTC paid out in under 1 hour.  I know the rules, staff, and know what I'm getting into everytime I play.  Just common sense when playing with money ya know?

I've read through their ToS several times prior to them taking my winnings, however, there is nothing that directly links the loyalty bonus to the ToS "free" bonus rules. I even have an email from one of their VIP Managers that explicitly states that their Friday loyalty bonus is a 15% cashback bonus given out every Friday, and since it's 15% of all my deposits for the week it is clearly not a free bonus:

http://i63.tinypic.com/2mepjc0.png

Additionally, there was nothing that would have informed me that the loyalty bonus was supposed to be considered a capped 25 mBTC bonus. Even the Friday email that notifies you that you received the bonus does not provide any statement or link to the ToS, unlike the email notifications for free spins which directly state that those bonuses have "terms and conditions that apply". The only information given is that the bonus needs to be activated, and upon activation you must meet a wager requirement before the bonus expiration date:

http://i64.tinypic.com/2hhge54.png

Given the fact that my loyalty bonus was already 10x more than the 25 mBTC winnings cap for "free" bonuses and needed to wagered at least 35x, and all communications from Bitstarz failed to associate the loyalty bonus to the ToS, any reasonable person would assume that the loyalty bonus isn't a free deposit bonus and clearly Bitstarz is just using that section of their ToS to scam players out of their legit winnings!

Bitstarz, bitcasino have long track records of selectively scamming with Terms & Conditions. I'd avoid deposit bonuses entirely.

Stinks when casinos behave like this, all we can do is stay vigilant & keep aware of threads like this. Always good to keep these threads on page 1 so lots of people don’t get screwed over.

Hi there,

I think a casino should admit when they make mistakes, and stand their ground and argue their case when they believe they're right.

In this case, I actually believe that the money was wrongfully taken from you, and it was a mistake from our side. We all mess up sometimes,
and even though you might not play at BitStarz again, we totally respect if that's your decision.

Before you leave the casino however, we're gonna pay you out in full.

Olle, BitStarz

Bitstarz is not provably fair

It doesn't matter if they are or not but the point here is they refused to pay the winner his winnings by changing T&C also I don't care because I never played on that website ever.

Nice! Thanks for making this right =)

Check out gamblingsitefinder.com for a decent list/rankings of crypto casinos. Note: I have no affiliation or interest in it, and don't even agree with all the rankings ... but it's the only uncorrupted review site I'm aware of.

Just saw this one and made me smile. It's quite a rare sight to see casinos admitting that they are wrong in what they've done. I saw so many casinos who wrongfully took money from their customers and still stick to their facade that they are always right and didn't screw anybody. People will appreciate that you admitted it and that you are paying him before he leaves your website. Hopefully, this won't happen again.

I have been following bitstarz since they open their gates to customers. However, as seen in their trust, they have very bad reputation in bitstars. I see that they start to open a new fresh page with their new customer rep Olle.

I remember that a topic, thats why you got red trust from default trust. Many people in this community give right to your customer however you are refused to pay him with max bet rule.

I found the OP https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1454521.0 . OMG i was right, this topic longed as 12 pages. Most of post are behind your customer.

If you are started to admit your mistakes; it may good for you to remove your red trusts and bad reputation by paying this customers 3.45 btc also.

Good luck

Hi there,

Really appreciate it.

In all fairness, I do think right should be right, and if we at BitStarz mess up, I'll be the first one to admit it and make it right.

We again respect if the player does not choose to play here again after this mishap, but that doesn't mean that we can't pay
him and make it as right as we can. Fair is fair.

I use to really like playing at Bitstarz but it seems like lately when I go to play I barely play for more than a couple minutes and my entire bankroll is diminished and I don't even get a single line win  Huh Undecided Lips sealed

I use to deposit there quite frequently because I loved the fact that when you had a bad luck run they would usually take pity on you and throw you 10 spins just so you could play for just a little longer. Now it seems like I play for a few minutes, loose all my money, and never get free spins. I don't even get the Wednesday free spins anymore  Cry In order to qualify to get those spins I was told that you have to deposit at least 0.05 a month. I can't afford to throw down almost $400 to get 40 free spins that I have to wager 40xs to be able to if I am lucky cash out max 0.05  Undecided

I don't know what it is with all the online casinos. It seems like their goal is to weed out loyal customers and replace them with new customers so they can shower them with bonuses  Cheesy
